one of the better. hotels I've stayed at especially since I got an exclusive deal off Priceline. The employee at the front desk was fine with honoring the price. Sometimes this is a huge hassle for me. Breakfast in the morning was beyond solid. Oatmeal, waffles, eggs, sausage, sometimes potatoes, fruit the whole 9yards. Rooms were spacious and clean with no issues with water pressure in the shower or having to wait 10 minutes for water to heat. No issues with cleanliness! Would stay here again for sure
This gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Juan was definitely a problem solver. Our mini fridge wasn't working in the first room we checked in to buy everything else about the room was great! We informed Juan about the mini fridge and he quickly found another room for us. The second room was probably an upgrade (suite) but it had obviously had some kind of water leak by the slightly mildew smell. We appreciate that this was a pet friendly hotel and had no other problems. I can't stress enough how friendly and helpful Juan was at the front desk.
I messed up a booking and am leaving this review to thank Wann for his help. Hampton had no rooms available but Wann took time out of his night to call all of hotels in the area until I was able to get a room. He let me sit in the lobby and charge up my devices so I could work and search for a place for the night. I really appreciated the hospitality and assistance so I wasn't stuck in my car for the night. After the one night, I was able to check in here and had a great stay and breakfast in the morning. Thanks again Wann!
Bed, pillows, towels, service and coffee in the lounge 24/7 made my stay extremely comfortable. Stayed a few nights, never heard any noise from my neighbors, staff was very friendly, very easy to get to everything in Abilene from that location. Thank you.
Good location, nice room, and quiet location. An easy walk to the mall after many hours of driving. A few restaurants close by. Friendly and helpful front desk. The breakfast buffet was a little sparse, but fresh food was constantly being brought out. However, we would stay here again.
We had to stop we could not drive anymore this is the ONLY place that would give us a room outside of normal checking times. The room was clean and staff were helpful.
Very clean and spacious room. Staff were very attentive to my disability. The hand held in the roll in shower is such a plus with the seat. It's hard to some times stand on one leg. This was a great stay at this hotel
stayed here with my husband it was really nice. the front desk lady “beth” was very nice and helpful breakfast was good my favorite was the waffle. talked to the breakfast lady she was very nice and friendly.
